Methods
In our work we mainly use methods from IMAGO, Focusing and process-oriented body therapy.

Process-oriented body therapy
Every person and every couple already has everything they need to be happy - but in times of conflict some things are buried.
Together we look at your relationship dynamics on this deeper level. This takes the form of guided dialogues, a new method of communication. Dialogue is the key tool in imago counselling. It is designed so that one speaks and the other actively listens. The listener (receiver) is instructed to listen, understand and empathize nonjudgementally. This contributes significantly to a secure/safe relationship that we want to establish together. Safety in the relationship changes the quality of communication and creates the condition for honest and sensitive encounters.

With this deeper understanding, together you can recognize old obstructive patterns (protective patterns) and see where they come from, and work out solutions for a future together.
You will also learn to see your partner with different eyes and to recognize why you (consciously or unconsciously) have chosen this person.
Focusing is a form of conversational therapy that involves consciously focusing attention on the body as you explore an issue.
In a first step, you learn to create inner freedom and to relax. This is important in order to feel your resources, your vitality and to be able to determine for yourself how close you want to take the difficult issue, the problem topic to yourself.
I support you in becoming curious about yourself, listening inwards with kindness and mindfulness. The mind is allowed to take a break. This activates your body's own intelligence and answers emerge from the body experience as if by themselves.
Through this conscious access to your inner being, you learn to sense the nature of your feelings more clearly. In this way, problems often lose their diffuse, overwhelming quality.
Over time, you will trust your own inner voice, your gut feeling, and you will feel more clearly what you really want. As a result, you will better be able to stand up for your needs and to shape your life more consciously.
The goal of process-oriented body therapy is to recognize attachment dynamics and to support trauma resolution.
The treatment is supplemented by an attentive, accompanying conversation.
Our physical limits can be violated by events such as accidents, unexpected falls, operations, but also by birth. Such experiences often trigger additional strong emotions that overwhelm us. Our emotional boundaries may also have been violated.
These physical and emotional experiences are stored in our BODY MEMORY and need energy in the background. As a result, we often cannot draw from the full and do not feel fully alive.
Through the dual work on the body on the one hand and in conversation on the mental and spiritual level on the other hand, the body's own regulatory processes are supported, energetic blockages are released and self-healing processes activated. Physical relaxation and gaining knowledge/awareness often go hand in hand and leads to new, freer spaces of action and being.
